Workers join Rip Squad to earn money on their own schedule, climb Rip Rank, and compete each Rip Season. Leaf cleanup, snow removal, and more seasonal outdoor work are coming next.
Is Weeded a landscaping company?
No. We're a marketplace that connects homeowners with local workers, in the same way ride-share and delivery apps connect people. We don't do contracts, mowing routes, or design — the worker network is the product.
Where is Weeded available?
Weeded is national from day one and goes live city by city as local Rip Squads form. Join the waitlist with your ZIP and we'll tell you the moment we go live near you.
How much does it cost to book a Ripper?
Pricing is fixed and shown upfront before you confirm — no hourly guessing, no surprise estimates. Final pricing per market is announced at launch. Join the waitlist to get early-access pricing.
How much can I earn as a Ripper?
You set your own schedule and you keep the large majority of every job plus 100% of your tips. Actual earnings depend on how many jobs you complete, your ratings, and surge demand. We don't post fake earnings screenshots — we'll show you real, transparent pay structure when you join.
Who can join the Rip Squad?
Students, athletes, young adults, and part-time workers who want flexible, well-paid outdoor work. Workers under 18 are welcome where allowed, with parental consent and restricted to yard-only jobs. Verification is required before your first job.
What is Rip Rank?
Rip Rank is your competitive standing, built from your reviews, earnings, completion rate, and response time. Every job counts. Higher rank means better jobs, more visibility, and more earnings — and you climb the tiers from Rookie to GOAT.
What is a Rip Season?
The outdoor season is a competition. Each season (Spring, Summer, Fall) ends in a championship with prizes for the top Rippers in every market. There's a countdown, leaderboards, and real stakes.
How does payment work?
Homeowners pay securely in the app. Rippers get paid out for completed, photo-verified jobs, with fast cash-out. Full payment details are provided at signup.
